Helping Mamas Knoxville
Annette proudly serves on the community leadership team and advisory board for Helping Mamas of Knoxville, an essential organization dedicated to supporting mothers and children in need. Her role involves making critical decisions that shape the direction of the organization and ensure that its resources are effectively utilized to benefit those it serves.
In addition to her decision-making responsibilities, Annette plays a significant part in planning and executing fundraising events and efforts. Through her leadership and dedication, she helps to mobilize the community, gather necessary resources, and advocate for single mothers, emphasizing her deep commitment to making a positive impact in the Knoxville community.
East Tennessee REALTORS® Board of Directors
Annette Sydes’ leadership on the East Tennessee REALTORS® Board of Directors is driven by a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to Members and the Public. As a dedicated REALTOR®, she actively participates in decisions that shape the strategic direction of the organization, focusing on enhancing member engagement, fostering ethical practices, and promoting professional development.

Annette actively contributes to several esteemed professional organizations, underscoring her dedication to the real estate profession. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR),Tennessee REALTORS® (TR), East Tennessee REALTORS® (ETNR), and the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR). Through her involvement in these organizations, Annette demonstrates her commitment to upholding high standards and advancing the real estate industry.
Leadership & Committee Involvement
Annette’s dedication to the real estate community has been highlighted through her active roles and key committees. Currently, she is deeply involved in mentoring new REALTORS® at her Realty Executives office.
Through East Tennessee REALTORS® (ETNR), she has served on the Public Policy, Grievance and Professional Standards Committees, ensuring ethical practices and upholding professionalism in the industry.
Annette also Chaired the Young Professionals Network (YPN) committee and actively contributes to the development and of the MLS Committee.
